Project Outline

The contract was to design and manufacture a system which would allow for safe maintenance of the skybridge windows located above a busy main road located in the Bendigo CBD.

Solutions

The use of a custom designed davit was manufactured for this one of kid job. It was placed on a rail system which gives it the ability to be used at any point across the span of the skybridge. This was the most efficient design possible given the thin topline and span length of the structure.

Future Outlook

This job set a high standard for future bridges of this nature. It is at the cutting edge of the market and we are very grateful for the design freedom we were given during this job to create such a high quality and efficient product.
